Jewelry Authenticity Card

 

Jewellery Authenticity Card All MOCHA jewellery comes with an Authenticity Card. Keep this card safe as it confirms both the date you purchased the piece and also the condition you received it in. The Authenticity Card, most importantly, also guarantees the free correction of any manufacturing defects within two years of purchasing the jewellery. It does not cover, however, any breakage or defect that was caused through lack of care or by accident.

 

In order to receive this service, please repackage the jewellery alongside the Authenticity Card and send it to the following address. If this card gets either misplaced or lost, please contact via phone call at +966560529016 from Sunday to Thursday, from 9.00am to 7.00pm.
