Standard 2- 7 days domestic GBP 12.00
Standard 3- 10 days Orders shipped to any Middle East GBP 100.00
Standard 3-10 days Orders shipped to any country in the world. GBP 50><100
What if I am ordering outside of the UK?
Goods ordered outside the UK, may be subject to customs fees and import duties. The customer or receiver of the goods will be liable for any such fees. Mocha Boutique not liable for these fees, nor will they accept returns as a result of these fees. All other conditions of sale apply.
How can I track my order?
MOCHA will send you several e-mails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that we do not provide tracking numbers, but only tracking links found in the shipment confirmation e-mail. You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with a tracking link in order to track your shipment. We will then e-mail a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from the shipping company
that your purchase has been delivered.
is there additional information I need to know?
*Shipping rates don't include possible import duty's applied to your country.
We use , Post Office for Domestic and international countries, & DHL Regular delivery for international orders, and provide tracking numbers once the order has been received by their depot.

Further Terms*
All orders received before 3pm GMT will be sent the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm GMT will be posted the next working day. Please note all weekend orders (after 3pm GMT friday) are dispatched the next available working day.
Courier collections occur on weekdays only.
In the event that an item is out of stock, delivery times may take longer.
We will always notify you by email or any method of contact.
